These general contract conditions constitute a contract between the client and the CASA BUSCARETA rural house through its website https://casabuscareta.com/ for the reservation of accommodation. Please read these general conditions carefully and make sure you understand their content before making your reservation. These conditions apply to all reservations made as well as to all those for whom said reservation is made.

RESERVATIONS AND CONFIRMATION

Reservations and requests for information can be made by telephone, by e-mail or through the forms that Casa Buscareta makes available on its website.

No reservation will be binding until the client has accepted the offer and the conditions offered by Casa Buscareta. Once you have done so, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of the reservation in which all the details of the same will appear.

PRICE RATE

• Prices include VAT of 10% for accommodation.
• The prices will always be for the accommodation of the whole house. Guests will be alone in the house, it is not shared with other guests.
• Rates will depend on the length of stay (number of nights) and the number of guests.
• The minimum stay is 2 nights and the maximum stay is 13 nights.
• The total capacity of the house is for 14 guests.
• When making the reservation, and in order to apply the corresponding rate, the total number of people (adults and children) will be indicated.
• No more people will be allowed than those listed in the agreed reservation. No more than 14 guests will be allowed (except in the case of children under two years of age).
  If the number of guests exceeds the number indicated in the reservation, Casa Buscareta may demand an economic compensation proportional to the price per person and reserves the right of admission or cancellation of the reservation.
• The minimum price is the one corresponding to the stay of 4 people for 2 nights.
• Children under 2 years old have the stay free of charge.

  • Use of the whole house and all the belongings in it.

MINIMUM STAY

The minimum stay is two nights (minimum of 4 people, or amount corresponding to 4 people if less). 

CHILDREN AND BABIES

When making the reservation and in order to apply the corresponding rate, the total number of people, both adults and children, occupying a place/bed will be indicated. The stay of children under 2 years of age has no cost.

Under no circumstances will more people be allowed than those established according to the maximum number mentioned in the reservation confirmation, including children. If the number of people exceeds the capacity indicated in the reservation, the owner may demand financial compensation proportional to the price per person and reserves the right to admit or cancel the reservation.

PETS OR DOMESTIC ANIMALS ARE NOT ACCEPTED

At CASA BUSCARETA, allowing pets in a rural house can be a complicated decision, since many people enjoy the company of their animals. For important reasons of guest health, we have considered not allowing pets.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The conditions of cancellation, change of dates or change of conditions such as the number of number of guests, will be agreed between Casa Buscareta and the client at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in: from 4:00 p.m. onwards.
Departure: the house must be vacated before 12:00 h.

On request these times may vary according to the availability of the house.

EQUIPMENT

• Bed linen.
• Towels.
• Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, electric stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, glasses, cutlery, crockery, frying pans, pots and pans…..
• Toilet paper.
• Toiletries (gel, shampoo, hair dryer).
• The house has a washing machine on the terrace and clotheslines.
• Clothes iron.
• Board games: parcheesi, cards, dominoes, checkers, chess ….
• Reading books for adults and children.
• Dartboard.
• Free barbecue and firewood.
• Crib (on request).

CLEANING

The rural house is cleaned before the arrival of each client. When leaving, the client is obliged to leave the rural house in reasonable condition, with all garbage disposed of correctly. Otherwise, a cleaning fee of €50 will be charged.
For stays longer than 7 days, bed linen will be changed weekly.

BEHAVIOR

The terms and conditions of CASA BUSCARETA, regarding disturbances, loud music and parties are very clear: ALL ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Clients staying at CASA BUSCARETA should know that if loud voices and music are heard, or neighbors complain, it may result in immediate eviction regardless of the time of day or night.

The client will be responsible for the correct and decent behavior of all the people accompanying him. In the event that that person, or any of the accompanying persons, does not behave in an appropriate and responsible manner, CASA BUSCARETA will have the right to request the client and the persons accompanying him or her to leave the rural house without the latter’s right to claim any type. of compensation.

This also means the loss of the entire amount paid and the deposit in full.

HOUSE RULES

• Guests are responsible for keeping the house properly closed in their absence.
• Guests may not carry out annoying, unhealthy, harmful, dangerous or illegal activities in the rural house. Parties or meetings that may cause inconvenience cannot be held.
• Visits are not allowed without the express consent of the owner.
  SILENCE TIME IS EVERY DAY FROM 00:00 AM to 8:00 AM We appreciate your collaboration in this matter and we hope that you understand that these rules are necessary for coexistence in the rural house with the neighborhood.
• The facilities will be kept in perfect use, each object in its original place. If any damage occurs to the facilities, this must be reported to the owner.
• Guests must treat the house and its contents with respect, and not steal anything from it, they will be responsible for any damage caused.
• Please do not leave the heating on at an excessive temperature if you plan to spend the day outside the house or if it is your last day of stay. Moderate the use of heating.
• Deposit garbage in the containers for this purpose in the square next to the house.  Do not leave it outside, animals could spread it. NEVER throw ashes that may contain fire into the trash container.
• Smoking is completely prohibited in the rooms. In the presence of children or non-smokers, please do not smoke. If it’s summer, pay attention to forest fires.
• The barbecue cannot be used on windy days or days of excessive heat.
• Do not bring high-consumption electrical appliances: hair dryers, heaters, electric cooking irons, etc… We thank you for responsible use of the farm’s energy.
• Pets or pets are strictly prohibited from entering the house.

• It will not be allowed to use the barbecue without the owner’s permission.

Please take care of the house and respect the rest of others, as well as its owners and in general towards the entire environment. CASA BUSCARETA will appreciate any suggestions you can offer us to make your stay more pleasant.

FINAL CONSIDERATIONS

CASA BUSCARETA reserves the right to modify these general conditions at any time without the need for prior notice or notice, therefore, the provision of this service has a limited duration at the time the user is connected to the website or some of the services that are provided through it.

By making the reservation, you accept that you have read, understood and accepted these general conditions. If there is any element of these general conditions that you do not fully understand, or you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.

In the event that you make the reservation for 4 or more people, the person who makes the reservation must be authorized to represent all those on behalf of whom the reservation has been made, as well as accept the responsibility derived from the payments made in name of these people, including cancellation costs or those derived from rectifications or modifications. Likewise, you must inform all those on whose behalf you have made the reservation, the details of the reservation, as well as any other relevant information. Please ensure that all personal details provided during your booking are correct and truthful.

The user declares that he is of legal age, that is, he is at least 18 years old and has the necessary legal capacity to be bound by this agreement and to use this website in accordance with the General Conditions stated here, which he understands and understands. in its entirety. If you are under 18 years of age, and traveling with adults but without your parents or legal guardians, they must assume the responsibility derived from the reservation, as well as all obligations and expenses that arise from it.

These general contracting conditions will be regulated by thel Royal Decree 120/2021 of the Regulations regulating tourist accommodation in the Valencian Community, and the parties will submit, in case of discrepancy, to the arbitration bodies of the Valencian Community.
